Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Sourcing Talents/Experts from various source & field of expertise within the project scope

Schedule and organize interviews with suitable candidates

Prepare necessary documents, job description, screen tests and interview questions for the organization

Communicate requirements and duties to prospective candidates

Maintain good relationship with all candidates, employees and corporate clients

Generate insightful information based on recent industry trends

Maintain the internal talents database

Requirements:
>1 Year of experience in Headhunter/HR industry

Proficiency in speaking and writing in english

Effective communication skills in a fast-paced environment

Strong Willingness in learning and developing both technical and soft skill

Possess a strong analytical acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving
