Job Description
Currently seeking an adept Sales Manager, who will be instrumental in driving sales initiatives, fostering enduring client connections, and playing a pivotal role in the growth of the business. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and implement robust sales strategies to surpass revenue targets, focusing on both LCL and FCL freight services.Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the logistics and freight forwarding sector, highlighting expertise in LCL and FCL shipments.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, comprehending their unique shipping needs and delivering tailored solutions.Collaborate seamlessly with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of shipments and services.Stay vigilant about market trends and competitors, adapting strategies proactively to address industry shifts.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to our comprehensive freight solutions for potential clients.Provide regular sales reports and insights to management, highlighting accomplishments and areas for growth.The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (MBA is a plus).Proven track record of sales success, ideally within the logistics or freight forwarding sector.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Willingness to travel as required.
