We are a leading property development company, pioneering in the establishment of industrial-based cities in Indonesia. Our portfolio includes the development of integrated cities, industrial estates, and infrastructure services. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Jakarta. This role is crucial for driving our sales efforts and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within assigned territories or segments.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs actively.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to optimize sales results.
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports.
  • Provide accurate reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and promotional trends in the real estate industry.
  • Willingness to undertake business trips to sites, including Tanjung Lesung, as required.

What You'll Bring:

  • Having Diploma 3 as minimum education level.
  • Proven work experience in sales.
  • Having excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Readiness for frequent business trips, particularly to Tanjung Lesung.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
