Job Overview/Scope:Telesales Representative agent who specializes in B2 B salesPromoting products over the phone and emailsDo customer service/relation,Working against targets to achieve sales and conversionsKeep records of calls and outcomesFollow up with customers to maintain relationshipsHustle and have funRequirements & Criterias:Min 6 consecutive month proven experience as telesales roleProven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phoneExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to understand products and explain them to prospective customersDegree/Diploma will be a plus (SMA/SMK with related experience for at least 1 year)Minimum able to speak basic English, however, MUST be able to write in EnglishPreferable telemarketing/telesales experience industry: insurance, banking, telecommunicationReady if should be assigned to work in shifting modeAble to type fast (fast typing) with at least WPM 50 & Accuracy 90% (you may try your typing speed at web)- Pria/Wanita- Berpengalaman- SMA/SMK- 19 - 27 Tahun- Terima kandidat tanpa foto diri- Provinsi sesuai penempatan kerja (DKI Jakarta)
