Description

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is looking for a Client Solutions on behalf of a Global Digital Marketing - Ads client in Indonesia. This job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia with full WFO arrangement and contract for 12-months.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing strategies and cultivate relationships to meet the needs of our results-oriented clients.
• Lead discussions with clients to understand their goals and offer strategic advice.
• Work with various teams to identify business opportunities and implement plans.
• Drive revenue growth and meet targets while planning for future success.
• Keep internal and external stakeholders informed about progress on initiatives.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Marketing, Media Sales, or Online Advertising.
• Experience in managing performance-focused businesses.
• Ability to handle complex projects over extended periods.
• Skilled in negotiating and maintaining strategic relationships.
• Track record of successful sales in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable advocating for clients within the company.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia and English.
