Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Pharmaceutical Company. Our client is seeking for HR & GA Manager position. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia Key Responsibilities: Develop and align HR strategies with company goals to enhance productivity and competitiveness. Design organizational structures and competency standards based on business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for organizational development and talent management. Implement performance management systems and competitive compensation and benefits programs. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Design internal succession plans and individual development plans to enhance employee skills. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in industrial relations. Oversee HRIS, culture implementation, CSR initiatives, general affairs, IT relations, and vendor management for effective operations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (3-5 years) as an HR Manager or similar role with full cycle understanding of HR processes/functions; Has experience in GA, Culture, CSR management would be more preferable. Preferable from similar industry and/or has experience from multinational company.
