Job Details Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct Incoming inspection of material (Including Dimension, Visual, NDE etc.). and ensure it is confirming the specification and PO Review Material Certificates and ensure that material certificates comply with engineering specifications. Feedback quality problem to production and solicit for corrective action Ensure that material/ outgoing loose items issued to customers is comply with company requirements. Maintain a proper documentation regarding material traceability. Communicate with sales and inventory team regarding DO closing and documentation. Maintain proper documentation regarding Critical goods. Maintain proper consumable register. Updating job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and regular training Verifying all equipment is calibrated correctly. Conduct visual, dimension and welding inspections if required. Raise TQ to engineering team regarding deviation. Prepare any incoming and outgoing inspection report Communicate with supplier regarding any incoming issues Understand and follow company?s QMS and HSE Policy and Objectives Act as a good team player to accomplish the company objective and goal Qualification Requirements Formal Education & Certification 1 High school diploma or bachelor's degree of Engineering Knowledge & Experience 1 5 years of experience as QC Incoming Inspector with through knowledge dimensional inspection and ability to read fabrication and machining drawings 2 Good product and welding knowledge, CSWIP 3.1 is preferred 3 Ability to understand and interpret Engineering Specification, requirements, PO and international Standards. Personal Attributes 1 Speak and read English fluently 2 Good interpersonal skills and team player to accomplish the company?s objective and goal 3 High detail orientation & Good time management skills.
