Job Purpose and Impact

The FIBI APAC Regional Smart Manufacturing Leader will lead the domain regional portfolio and the team of experts and practitioners to ensure effective support to the facilities through the deployment, sustainment and continuous improvement of smart manufacturing capabilities and solutions. In this role, you will plan and provide direction to all the Smart Manufacturing initiatives and projects across the region to ensure compliance with policies and objectives as well as monitor performance. Key Accountabilities

Partner cross-functionally to execute strategic and foundational approach and processes to enable regional Smart Manufacturing domain and business success. Ensure leadership alignment of strategy and vision while assessing maturity of the organizational capabilities.
Lead the development of the long term FIBI APAC Smart Manufacturing strategy and roadmap to support the business needs within the region and to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement within the Smart Manufacturing domain.
Provide enhancement opportunities and implementation feedback to the FIBI Global and Corporate Smart Manufacturing teams to drive continuous improvement within the domain across the company.
Drive a strategic culture of continuous improvement and change leadership within the Smart Manufacturing domain including communication and collaboration across functions and businesses to ensure methodologies and standards adoption for project and solution development and execution.
Provide oversight and ensure appropriate resourcing for the portfolio of regional projects, initiatives, and solutions. Ensuring that all projects, initiatives, and solutions are implemented and executed in compliance with standards and global product approach.
Partner collaboratively with key stakeholders and Subject Matter experts within the region and across the Smart Manufacturing domain to develop and improve foundational practices to support the sustainment, continuous improvement and efficiency of the smart manufacturing capabilities to meet both short and long-term objectives.
Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching, and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Willing to travel up to 30-40% of time to meet business needs
Ability to read and speak English

Preferred Qualifications
Three years of supervisory experience.
4 years plant operations experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead virtual teams across geographies to achieve business results.
Knowledge of process automation and control, operational intelligence, digital tools and analytics and how to apply these technologies within the operations environment.
Demonstrated ability to drive innovative projects (new technologies and solutions).
Experience in developing and managing a portfolio of projects including strategy to meet business needs.
Experience in manufacturing technologies such as corn wet milling, oil refining, starches, polyols and dextrose.
Knowledge of using agile framework and mindset in developing and deploying Smart Manufacturing technical solutions.
