Description

PT In Fashion has Full Time opportunity for a smart, organized and strong Human Resource Admin. PT In Fashion is a highly successful manufacturer producing fashion goods for an American customer.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Helping to run daily Human Resource tasks according to plans
• Ensure company HR practices compliance with the country laws and regulations
• Maintain proper and clean employee records, attendance, and resignation
• Prepare, review, update and maintain employee’s contract
• Helping Manager to run a daily HR task according to plans
• Create and constantly improve Systems & SOP's

Main Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management or equivalent degree
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
• Experience in human resource activity including general HR Administration, Recruitment, and BPJS
• Smart and High-level attention to details
• A methodical and logical approach
• Positive and open Learning Attitude
• Pro-active and flexible mindset
• Strong internal and external communication collaboration skills
• Creative Problem-solving & Multitasking Skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Knows how to operate Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent English skill (written and verbal) and Bahasa Indonesia
• Applicants must be willing to work in Badung – Bali.
• The candidate must live in Bali

• Kuta: Melakukan pulang-pergi kerja dengan jarak yang jauh tanpa mengganggu kinerja atau berencana pindah tempat tinggal sebelum mulai bekerja (Diwajibkan)
