The Boeing Company’s Global Support Center is looking for a Staff Analyst to support the team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This position will be responsible for planning and executing actions required to successfully implement the activities of GSC in Southeast Asia.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Supports leadership in the strategic intent and directional focus of large facilitated meetings and events planning.

  • Gathers customer requirements for projects.

  • Supports project manager to maintain the project schedule, monitors and tracks execution of the plan.

  • Office administration including facility maintenance, hardware purchase and stationary/gift replenish

  • Processes travel booking and expense report for management as needed

  • Conducts research and assists with the evaluation of organizational issues.

  • Works with the team to plan and execute employee-related activities and initiatives.

  • Establishes, maintains and tracks metrics and metric reporting tool. Creates and provides status reports.

  • Maintains and tracks training requirements.

  • Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.

  • Travel 20% of the time

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • 2 or more years' experience in a Staff Analyst, Office Admin Assistant or similar role.

  • 2 or more years' experience in Project Management / portfolio management.

  • 2 or more years' experience using basic Microsoft Suite.

  • 1 or more years' experience in Data Analytics.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

  • Experience with server management, SharePoint, and distribution lists

  • Experience with planning agendas and facilitating meetings

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Typical Education/experience:

Typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience).

Relocation:

  • This position offer one time relocation based on candidate eligibility.
