Description

Location: Indonesia Department: Commercial Location: Indonesia Job Description He/she will be responsible for strategic planning, account management of the identified key accounts, sales analysis, strategic alignment with LazMall, and coordination with other departments such as business development, operations, marketing and finance.

Category Knowledge

  • Must familiarize himself/herself on what drives the key account and optimize these drivers
  • Does have a good understanding in Fashion market, to identify what opportunities can be unlocked for
the key account

Operational Excellence
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts to collaborate with them in growing their business in Lazada using the different tools and workstreams available
  • Able to understand and master the mechanics of the different tools to provide curated recommendations to key accounts
  • Understand and familiarize operational and financial processes to efficiently address concerns on key accounts
  • Closely coordinate with other departments (operations, finance, customer service, business risk, etc.) to further assist key accounts
  • Work with the onsite and offsite marketing team to drive awareness for the key account handled

Strategy leadership
  • Creates strategies for the handled account to sustain growth year-on-year
  • Ability to take leadership in different ad-hoc projects
  • Thinks outside the box – spearhead unique projects for the key account
Job Requirements Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • With a background in sales; exposure to the fashion / FMCG industry; e-commerce experience is a big
plus
  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa
  • Must be adept in MS Office Programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Possesses superb business judgment with a desire to manage their own business
  • Must be flexible, adaptive and versatile; able to work well with different teams
  • Can lead discussions with both brands and key stakeholders
  • Highly skilled in problem/ solution analysis
  • Able to dissect and determine root causes of problems and implement solutions, both short term and
long term
  • The individual should have a proven track record of successful negotiations and relationship
management (both internal and external)
