Partnership Associate

Description

Work closely with the Chief Operations Officer and Operations Manager to execute and support in achieving Sahabat Bisnis’s partnership strategic plan.

Cooperating with the Risk, Operations, Product, and other directorates to maintain operational excellence

Ensure a smooth onboarding process of ecosystem partners a, including but not limited to the following activities:

Ensuring compliance towards Sahabat Bisnis’s SOPs and Investree’s Risk policies

Effectively managing incoming loan applications that can be executed within SLA

Maintain and monitor the performance and credit quality of the borrowers being financed and the necessary actions to improve credit quality

Maintain strong relationships with external partners
Minimum bachelor degree from a reputable university

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial services, banking or fintech (experience in a banking sales role will be an advantage)

Good knowledge of financial products, operations, and relevant risk/legal policies and procedures

Good analytical skill and communication.

Excellent communication skill and high initiative.
