Job Description
Introduction to Specific BU
Commercial Academy is a learning and development team for Commercial team. We are responsible to
manage offline and online training to share the knowledge of Commercial World to the team. We also
ensuring the capability of the Commercial team are on its excellence to drive and transform the way of
business of our top priority Customer.
Key tasks and responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day Learning & Development operations for Commercial Team
- Monitors enrolment and attendance at training classes.
- Aligns current training and development programs to effectively impact key business indicators.
- Develop, innovate, design, and implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching,
- Identifies performance gaps and works with managers to develop and implement appropriate
- Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees
- Work closely with various leaders across the organisation and having a full understanding of their
- Promotes and informs employees about all training programs
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Resource, Business Management or equivalent from
- Min. 5 years solid experience of working in eCommerce industry in commercial related role
- Preferably have experience in at least 1 project in learning development and course design;
- Highly passionate about teaching and education and able to apply learning principles, design,
- Excellent strategic planning and project management skills.
- Strong ability to analyze, solve problems, and attention to detail
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Able to work with a diverse population base.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa and English
