Job Description Partner with the leadership stakeholders to build a cohesive and performing team to support ambitious business growthCreate clear HR strategy on end-to-end aspects of HR i.e. Recruitment, people development, performance management to support business growthFacilitate an impactful talent management process - coach, mentor, and develop outstanding talent across the organisation, to strengthen talent pipeline depth and diversity. Lead regional Talent Acquisition, employer branding and onboarding initiativesBe a champion of business's strategic talent development frameworksEnsure competitive and equitable compensation practices through market analysis, whilst considering non-monetary reward aspectPlay a key role as advisor to the global HR team, contributing proactively to global HR strategy, programs, and policies Manage day-to-day operations including payroll, personnel administration, and complianceThe Successful Applicant Well-rounded exposure in end-to-end HR, bringing over at least 10 years of experience ideally coming from international companyExperienced in setting up country business entity will be a huge plusStellar communication skills with excellent stakeholder management skill, the ability to provide advice as a business partnerDemonstrate commercial sense with acute business acumenInvolved in change management projects, especially related to merger and acquisitions What's on Offer Be one of the core establishment team in the company, where you get to partner with international stakeholders to provide HR expertise in supporting their market penetration.
