Job Description Take ownership of sales targets and P&L, demonstrating accountability for results.Lead business development efforts in Indonesia, representing our client's company in the market.Collaborate closely with the regional sales team and global business excellence team based in Singapore.Develop and maintain client relationships, with a focus on municipal projects and industries such as petrochemical refineries, metals and minerals, and pharmaceuticals.Identify and capitalize on opportunities for market expansion and revenue growth.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Drive innovation and differentiation in a competitive market landscape. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; background in chemical engineering or related disciplines preferred.Proven track record in sales and business development, ideally within the water treatment or chemical industry.Strong understanding of the key industries of our client's, such as petrochemicals, metals and minerals, and pharmaceuticals.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach; comfortable working independently without direct team management.Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia as needed.Cultural adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic, transformational environment.Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
