Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Freight Forwarding Company for the role of Managing Director. The job description will be as follow : Collaborate with Board Members to devise and execute a strategic plan spanning short, medium, and long terms for the company, aligning.Engage in discussions with Board members and other executives to evaluate the company's trajectory and align it with the organizational Mission statement.Propose business investments, assuming a visionary role and providing leadership to steer the company.Ensure the success of Operations with an unwavering commitment to integrity and safety.Proactively anticipate challenges, refine strategies as necessary, develop action plans, and undertake necessary lobbying efforts to safeguard the company's continuity.Provide support to commercial organizations by facilitating customer relationships.Overseeing aspects of company operations to ensure alignment with agreed plans, budgets, manpower, etc.Ensure adherence to Key management routines for follow company's standard operations.Supervise office operationsAddress corporate issues and drive compliance Collaborate with the Board Members on continual improvement of employee initiatives.Implement cultural changes to enhance quality and customer-centricity.Finalize the integration of the company to foster strong teamwork, communication, and coordination.Qualification:University degree in a business/related field Prior Experience as Board MemberExperience in managing logistics & freight forwarding company
