About Our Client Our client is a property developer which is looking for General Manager for their rapidly expanding business in Indonesia and the region. Job Description Lead and manage the entire project management team, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration across multiple projects in the regionDevelop and implement project management strategies, methodologies, and best practices to optimize efficiency and deliver projects on time and within budgetProvide strategic guidance and direction to project directors, ensuring successful project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closureOversee the entire project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, design development, procurement, construction, and handoverMonitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation measures to ensure successful project outcomesMaintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, clients, and regulatory authorities, to ensure project compliance and customer satisfactionStay updated on local authorities' approval requirements and procedures, advising project teams accordingly and coordinating the acquisition of all necessary permits and technical approvals as plannedWork in conjunction with the business development and marketing teams to ensure that all sales and marketing requirements are fulfilled The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related fieldProven experience in project management within the residential property development sector, with a track record of delivering successful projects from conception to completionExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.Knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and relevant industry standards.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Fluency in English What's on Offer High impact, high visibility management roleGreat career prospects as the growth opportunity in the company is tremendous
