Responsible for assesses training and development
Develops training programs to fulfill workers specific needs to maintain and improve job skills.
Creates training procedure.
Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
Prepares and implements training budget, as well as maintains records and reports of expenses.
Min. bachelor degree majoring in Pychology or Management.
Experience in training and coaching min 2 years.
Understand and able to manage Organizational Development such as Organizational Structure, Job Analysis, and Job Evaluation.
Proven result or experience in Team Management and Development/Learning.
Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Fluent in English both written and spoken is a plus point.
Willing to be located or placed at Bandung.
Age 22 - 30 years old are preferable
