Job Information MPRF Code : 24.3.23 Position Name : Ohs Support Work Location : Kalimantan Selatan Available Position : 1 Employment Status : Permanent Minimum Year of Experience : 2 Year(s) Closing Date : 31 March 2023 Job Responsibilities Conduct the implementation of occupational health and safety program to ensure plant operation & maintenance runs safely according to Company policy, procedure, standard and objective target & OHS Program. Support monitor and register every potential unsafe act and unsafe condition against OHS Policy Procedure, OHS objective target and programs. Conduct and register Safety Accountability Program and Contract Safety Management System in accordance with OHS procedures and standard Assist the implementation Emergency Response Plan and Emergency Response activity according to Emergency Preparedness Response Program and Standard in order to ensure the emergency business continuity and emergency business recovery well implemented. Assist the commissioning power plant equipment, heavy equipment, including operational vehicles to ensure the safety of operational activities Conduct OHS Induction & re-induction for employee in accordance with applicable Standard Operational Procedure. Assist investigations activity regarding incidents in accordance with OHS systems and procedures. Assist the communication to employee regarding OHS Program and Standard in order to increase OHS awareness Filling OHS documents and reports to ensure all OHS activity and program are well recorded (PTW, DWDI, HAZOP Record, IHOH Record, Incident Record, Training Record, and Equipment Certification Support documentation for other requirement from external party and Adaro Group Job Requirements Minimum Senior High School graduate majoring in any discipline Minimum 2 years of experience as similar position. Fresh Graduates are welcome. Good communication skills. Good command in English both oral and written Willing to be placed at Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan
