What will you do Job Description of MEP - QS Estimator : Liaising with clients to identify their needs Estimating quantities , costs and time scales for material and labor Identifying and weighing up commercial risks Advising on the maintenance costs of specific building Valuing completed work, managing budgets and overseeing payment Preparing tender and contract document Following building regulations and health and safety Working at a client's business in an office or on a construction site Where you will work Head Office or Construction Site Project What you bring Min. Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, mechanical , or similar. Minimum 5 years experiences in the same positions Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
