Operations Manager

Work closely with the Chief Operations Officer to execute and support in achieving Sahabat Bisnis’s partnership strategic plan. Cooperating with the Risk, Operations, Product, and other directorates to maintain operational excellence Develop, maintain, and implement operational policies and regulations that are core to Sahabat Bisnis, including but not limited to Risk, Legal, and Finance processes. Maintain high level performance in SLA achievement while also ensuring the quality of the service to key stakeholders, that ultimately support in the business development of Sahabat Business Monitor daily operations and supervise the execution of daily tasks, including but not limited to the following activities: Loan disbursements and repayments Applicant data verification Borrower registration to loan disbursement Lead, delegate and manage the tasks of the Operations team Minimum bachelor degree from a reputable university Minimum of 4 years’ experience in financial services, banking or fintech, preferably from the working units related to policy & governance, compliance, and business operations Good knowledge of financial products, operations, and relevant risk/legal policies and procedures Good analytical skill and communication. Excellent communication skill and high initiative.
